About me

Alex Siegrist, PT, DPT

Pelvic wellness is just a part of overall health for me.

As a former enlisted member of United States Air Force, I know how it feels to need your body to perform.

As a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, I know how foundational pelvic health is to staying strong and active throughout all life phases.

Now I get to do what I love for my Brooklyn community and support all persons in building health and wellness for life.
